Refund & Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings once purchased.
- Returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving them. Please remember it can take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to return your order
Returning your order is simple:
- Repackage your item(s) securely, including a note with your order number, name, and address.
- Email our team at sales@blackleopardjewellery.com to let us know the reason for your return.
- Print your postage label and attach it to your parcel.
- Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please remember to keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
